What was done this week?

This week I did not do any daily updates. At first I was forgotten to take pictures and the progress was rather slow.
We started with the electrics. All connections under the dash are made.
The connector on the front inner fenders for the headlights was made and connected.
 The Front window was installed.
The clocks were installed in the dashboard and all the wire are cleaned up and tucked away under the dash
A Dummy regulator was made to make the connector for the alternator in a proper way.
We started with the running boards the layout was drawn and the bead rolling was started.
Once the bead rolling was done we had to cut the pieces apart and do some more rolling and bending and we started tacking the pieces back together.
Ones all the electric works were done we started the engine to see if everything looks ok and to see if there were no leaks. After the engine was hot enough there were.
The oil filter was leaking oil  the pot is welded to a brackets and some of the welds had been broken. So we took it apart and made new welds. And now it's ok.
We then installed the head lights and looked if they worked. We noticed that the high and low beam selector switch was not working properly.
Then the hood was in stalled on the car.
And we also installed the sunvisor. And that is giving us trouble.

 We installed the hood ornament.
We also tried the horn but that did not work. After some inspection we noticed that the horn relay was 6Volts and wasn't working anymore. So I took it apart.
Cut the inners of the base plate.
Took a relay I had laying around a Korean 12 volt that was small enough to fit in the shell.
Soldered some wires to the connectors and the base plate and put everything back together and mounted it in the car. The horn is now working.
The headlight was switch was also taken out of the car for closer inspection. It also was taken apart and repaired and is working again.
And then the sunvisor. I had taken it apart again today with some help. Made some minor modifications and fitted again on the car. But the doors still keep binding the base plate. The total fit of the visor is not what it should be. It is hitting the roof and already some paint is chipped.
I tried to alter the location of the door  to give it more clearance at the top where it binds but then I get into problems at the bottom rear of the door. And the gap will not be even.
So for now I quit and take some time to think about a solution for this problem.
